Holy Week and Easter Services

You are invited to join us for our Holy Week and Easter worship services.

Maundy Thursday, April 17, 6:00 p.m.

On this night, Jesus gave his disciples a new commandment: “Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another” (John 13:34). We will join in Holy Communion we remember Jesus’ final meal with his disciples.

Good Friday, April 18, 6:00 p.m.

Good Friday is a day of solemn remembrance, when we confront the stark reality of sin and its consequences. We recall the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The cross, a symbol of shame and death, becomes a symbol of hope and redemption. Through his sacrifice, Jesus bridged the gap between humanity and God, offering us forgiveness and eternal life.

Easter Sunday, April 20, 10:45 a.m.

The darkness of Good Friday gives way to the glorious light of Easter Sunday. The tomb is empty! Christ is risen! This is the heart of our faith – the victory of life over death, hope over despair, and love over evil.

The season of Lent is a journey, a pilgrimage of faith. It is a time to reflect, repent, and rejoice. As we walk through these sacred days, let us open our hearts to the transformative power of God’s love, allowing it to shape us into the people He calls us to be. May the love of Maundy Thursday, the sacrifice of Good Friday, and the joy of Easter Sunday fill our hearts and inspire us to live lives of faith, hope, and love.
